I'm amazed by this marvelous book blending nitty-gritty fun with otherworldly lyrical poetry in an earthy yet mythical love story. I'm enraptured. A truck, a bull named Titus and ancient Crete come alive as well as a cast of characters who move me heart and soul with their plain, bright talk and way of being. The tale is spellbinding. I want the story to go on. I want to live in the lively, loving world these authors are creating.
