Aaron Reed

Aaron Reed obtained his BS in Written Communication from Eastern Michigan University and a teaching credential from Ottawa University.

Aside from teaching English in Japan for one year, his professional concentration has been on designing and implementing private education programs servicing the needs of students with alternative learning styles. Aaron, and his wife Annette, are currently living in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where Aaron is teaching world literature and AP language and composition at Northbridge International School.

In 1993 he completed his first novel, The Fragile Enormity, which detailed his years working with the mentally ill. "A narrative tour-de-force," was the evaluation by Sally Brady from the Brady Literary Management, but the unorthodox subject matter is yet unsolicited for publication.

Aaron and his wife, Annette, are involved in their local church's global ministry efforts. (They attend First Baptist Church in San Francisco.) They have spent the last two summers in Southern India helping local teams there with faith based community development projects. They have also traveled and participated in outreach programs in Ecuador, Thailand, and Ghana.

From 1998 to 2003 this father-son team has enjoyed collaborative writing and The Myth of the Summer Moon was selected for publication by Baker Trittin Press in 2005. This unique writing team is currently working on other manuscripts which are under review.
